Like many in the modeling industry, Anna-Christina Schwartz sort of walked into it.

“I was actually studying to become a physical therapist and was working part time at a wine fest in my city,” she told us. “One day this model scout and photographer came up to me and wanted to shoot me. After the shooting, I was immediately signed with a modeling agency in Munich.”

Originally from a small town in Bavaria, the lithe German beauty quickly decimated the competition in Germany and is now based in New York, where her sculptural 5’8″ physique and striking features have attracted some of the industry’s hottest photographers and preeminent brand names. Repped by Wilhelmina, she has worked for Maybelline, shot for Karl Lagerfeld and even starred in a Marc Anthony music video.
